What I collect

When you request The Case for Your Practice, I receive what you type into the form: your name, firm, email, phone if you give it, where you practice, your website, the kind of case you'd like more of, and any notes. The form also records how you arrived, such as an ad or referral tag in the link.

How I use it

To read your request and reply to it. I don't sell it, and I don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Advertising and measurement tools

This site uses the Meta Pixel, the Google tag, and the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure whether ads bring the right people here. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can limit them through your browser settings and each platform's ad preferences.

Please don't send confidential case details

I'm not your lawyer, and a form request doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. Keep privileged or confidential client information out of the form.
